            Tuition and Fees

            The Office of Student Financial Aid calculates an estimated budget of the average educational costs associated with attending the university. This includes the cost of , books & supplies, and personal & transportation expenses.  Each student’s actual cost will vary depending on the number of credit hours, fees, housing, meal plan choices and other variables.

            This estimated budget is called the Cost of Attendance (COA). A student’s total financial aid package and outside resources/scholarships may not exceed the COA. The university will bill for tuition, fees, on-campus housing and meal plans, but financial aid may also be used to pay for items that the university does not bill directly such as books, off-campus housing, transportation and personal expenses.

            International Student Health Insurance

            Health insurance is required for all F-1 and J-1 visa holders. Students are required to purchase the policy arranged by the university unless exempted by Student Health 五福彩票计划软件.             Graduate New Student Fee

            This is a mandatory, non-refundable, one-time fee, which is charged to the account of every newly admitted, degree-seeking student at the time of registration, regardless of orientation attendance or enrollment status. The new student fee is $60.

            Education Resource Fee

            A mandatory per-semester fee, which is $100 for seven or more credits, or $60 for less than seven credits. The Education Resource Fee funds essential support services for both full and part-time students.

            Application for In-State Tuition Rates

            You should submit your Application for Virginia In-State Tuition Rates when you apply. Applicants will be classified as in-state or out-of-state for tuition purposes, unless additional information is needed to make a determination. If additional documentation is required you will be notified in writing and then have 30 days to provide the requested documentation. After 30 days, the applicant will be classified as out-of-state for tuition purposes.

            Your domicile status is indicated on your admission letter as "Tuition Classification". The student is responsible for understanding their domicile status prior to registration. The Offices of Admissions or University Registrar can clarify your domicile status before you register.

            Once classified as out-of-state, students may request an additional review of their application and supporting materials by contacting Domicile Appeals Administration within the Office of the University Registrar. No changes to domicile status will be made by the Office of Admissions once the initial review has been completed and the student has been classified as out-of-state.

            Truly, GMU has been a great fit for our son Alain; he has benefited from a caring advisor and exceptionally qualified professors . There are so many opportunities for a variety of clubs, intra-mural sports, and fitness classes. The proximity to D.C. allows for many outings, whether they are class-related, for community service or for entertainment. Our son Alain is in good hands!
